Starting a New Support Ticket and Responding to it.

The HD Hosting Support Centre provides you with an email based support ticketing system. To open a new support ticket you have to login to the Client Area and click "Submit Ticket" from the left menu. Fill in the form and submit.

Once you have created a support ticket, you do not have to login to respond. Simply reply to the email sent to you with the ticket number in the subject line. As long as the ticket number remails in the subject line, it will be processed by the ticketing system.
